This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Roktalap Donor collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "Donor" or "User") of the Roktalap Donor platform, website, and mobile application ("Service"). This privacy policy applies to the Service and all products and services offered by Roktalap. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.
We may collect personally identifiable information from Donors in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Donors register on the platform, complete their donor profile, update availability, respond to emergency requests, and in connection with other activities, features, or resources we make available on our Service. Donors may be asked for, as appropriate: full name, email address, phone number, blood group, geographical coordinates/location (Zila, Upazila, Division), and donation history count. We collect personal identification information from Donors only if they voluntarily submit such information to us.
Roktalap Donor may collect and use Donors' personal information for the following specific purposes:
We do not sell, trade, or rent Donors' personal identification information to third parties or marketing agencies. Contact information (such as phone number) is strictly protected and shared only when mutual contact is authorized during an active blood request. We may disclose your personal information only if required to do so by law or in good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with state and federal legal processes.
Protecting the privacy of minors is especially important. Blood donation is restricted to eligible individuals according to medical safety standards. We never knowingly collect or maintain information from individuals under the eligible age for blood donation, and our platform is structured accordingly.

Donors have the right to request the deletion of their accounts and associated data at any time. To request account deletion, users can contact us at support@roktalap.com. Upon receiving a valid request, we will permanently remove personal donor records from our active databases within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is mandated by law.

Roktalap Donor acts solely as a connecting bridge and communications platform between voluntary donors and recipients in need. We do not provide clinical blood testing, cross-matching, or direct medical administration. The recipient and medical hospital are responsible for verifying compatibility prior to transfusion.
In no event shall Roktalap, its officers, developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform interactions or volunteer commitments.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Roktalap makes no warranties regarding the instant availability or medical physical suitability of individual volunteers at any specific moment.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
